Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Taylor's Technology Solutions, LLC ("Taylor's Tech Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"), a business based in Gans, Oklahoma. They govern your use of taylorstechsolutions.com and the Taylor's Tech Solutions mobile and web application, including the client portal used to edit websites (together, the "Services").

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who May Use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. The website-editing portal is intended for our clients and people they authorize. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.

2. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping it accurate.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly at taylorstechsolutions@icloud.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• Each client account may access only the website(s) it has been granted permission to manage.

3. The Client Portal and Your Content

If you are a client, the Services let you edit and publish content to your own website, such as text, business details, products or catalog items, links, and images ("Your Content").

• You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and publish it as part of operating your website and the Services.
• You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to use and publish it, including any images, logos, and text.
• You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or that violates the rights or privacy of others.
• We may remove content or suspend access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or the law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to access another client's site, account, or data without authorization.
• Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to bypass the security of the Services.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Services except as allowed by law.
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

5. Payments and Services

Web design, development, hosting, and related services are provided under separate agreements or invoices between you and Taylor's Tech Solutions. Any fees, billing cycles, and refund terms are described in those agreements. The app itself is currently provided free of charge for managing services you have arranged with us. If purchases are ever offered through the app stores, they will be handled under the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms.

6. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on third-party providers, including Google Firebase and Cloudflare, and are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their software, design, and branding (other than Your Content and client materials), are owned by Taylor's Tech Solutions and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services as intended. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time by emailing taylorstechsolutions@icloud.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taylor's Tech Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the Services in the twelve months before the claim arose.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taylor's Tech Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

12. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.
