At Taylor's Technology Solutions, we are committed to providing the highest quality IT services to our clients. These Terms of Service outline our policies and obligations related to the services we offer. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Open Monday through Friday, 10 am to 6 pm
Closed on weekends and bank holidays
$80 per hour for on-site visits or remote support
Billing in 30-minute increments after the first hour
Emergency rates/services available at double the standard rate
Payment due upon completion of work, unless prior arrangements are made
Late payment penalties and fees may apply
Customizable service plans available for small businesses
First month's payment due upon contract completion
Recurring invoices issued 20 days after the first month's payment
Cancel service plans in person or via phone call
Optional quarterly visits scheduled every three months
No travel fees within a 15-mile service area of Sallisaw, OK
Travel fees apply for distances greater than 15 miles
Same-day/next-day appointments are limited; schedule a week in advance if possible
Not responsible for data loss; clients are responsible for data backup
Will make every effort to preserve client data during repairs
Client responsible for providing or purchasing necessary software licenses and product keys
14-day warranty on repair work from the date of completion
1-year labor warranty on all custom-built PCs; individual part warranties are between the client and the parts manufacturer
Not responsible for damages or issues unrelated to the provided services
